Insurance & Billing

GymFIT Physical Therapy participates and accepts most health plans.  We will file insurance claims on your behalf.  All estimated co-payment, deductible, non-covered service and convenience item amounts will be collected at the time of your visit.  All patients are expected to understand and follow the requirements specified by the insurance carrier.

Our insurance and billing team is ready to assist you with any questions you may have. You may contact our billing department directly at 301-615-0553 Monday through Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am - 12:00pm.

Online Patient Accounts & Payments

Payments can now be made through the online patient portal. 

If you authorize communication electronically, you will receive an email from our practice software, Kareo, to register your account.
